Stereum Event & Booth Design

Recurring event, booth and merchandise design for Stereum / RockLogic GmbH, adapting an existing identity across physical conference formats.

Stereum event, booth, and promotional design created for Ethereum and Web3 events

Our work with Stereum / RockLogic GmbH extended across multiple Ethereum and Web3 events, with each appearance requiring its own visual approach.

We developed booth graphics, illustrations, merchandise, promotional materials, and supporting visual assets designed to make Stereum immediately recognizable within busy conference environments.

Rather than treating each event as an isolated deliverable, the work translated Stereum's existing identity into flexible physical experiences that could change from event to event while remaining unmistakably part of the same brand. The resulting booths repeatedly became strong points of attention and engagement at the events where they appeared.

Project case study

Context and brief

Stereum’s appearances at Ethereum and Web3 events called for a range of physical and promotional materials. The collaboration covered multiple events, each requiring its own visual approach while remaining connected to the same existing identity.

Creative approach

The design work translated that identity into booth graphics, illustration, merchandise and promotional assets. The core relationship was between consistency and adaptation: each event could have its own composition and materials without becoming a separate brand. The project brings illustration, visual development and creative direction into a physical event context.

Deliverables

  • Booth graphics and supporting visual assets
  • Illustration and merchandise designs
  • Promotional materials for event appearances

Finished work

The selected portfolio imagery documents the event and booth work. The case study records the visual outputs across the collaboration; it does not infer visitor engagement, sales or campaign performance from those images.
