Boilerplate Marketing Text
Oculus Festum is an independent creative studio based in Austria, developing original fictional worlds through story, image and motion. Our work brings narrative, visual identity and worldbuilding together as parts of the same system, with projects ranging from manga and writing to illustration, animation and film. Alongside our Originals, we take on selected narrative and visual work for partners.

Color Palette
Colour roles
Five core colours form the brand palette. Supporting neutrals and status colours serve different purposes.
- Parchment
- Ink
- Gold
- Blood
- Ash
Readable combinations
Use Ink for text on Parchment and Gold. Gold and Ash are not ordinary text colours on Parchment. Muted copy uses a darker, accessible neutral rather than the Ash swatch.

Supporting systems
Secondary backgrounds, surfaces and borders are structural neutrals, not extra brand colours.
Blue, green, orange and red communicate information, success, warnings and errors. Pair state colours with a clear label or icon; colour alone must not carry the meaning.
Kansho and Admin Dashboard use their own surface, text and status combinations. They are derived product themes, not additions to the Oculus Festum brand palette.
Typography
Cinzel states. Cormorant narrates. Inter explains.
- Brand statements, major page titles and selected project titles.
- Cormorant Garamond
- Editorial introductions, pull quotes and reflective prose.
- Inter
- Body copy, navigation, metadata, controls and functional headings.
Hierarchy comes from size, weight, spacing and position. Heading levels describe the document structure; they do not choose a font. Functional pages may use Inter alone.
Russian, Japanese and Chinese use deliberate serif and sans-serif fallbacks. Available fonts vary by device; preserve readable line spacing and allow natural wrapping. Dedicated projects may use their own display typography.
